Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination and selected delivery method.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any qualifying offers will be clearly displayed on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. We are unable to guarantee address changes once an order has entered processing.
Walk With Him is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While we work with trusted shipping partners, occasional delays may occur that are outside our control.
If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us. We'll gladly assist in working with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country's customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll review your request promptly and work toward an appropriate resolution.
